Any individual, who is currently pursuing a Ph.D. or J.D. degree at any university, business school, law school, medical school, or research institute in USA, Canada, Australia, China, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Japan, Republic of Korea, Kuwait, Macau, New Zealand, Pilippines, Singapore, Tailand, Taiwan, UAE, and UK, may feel free to join the World Hongming Foundation ("The Foundation") as a Ph.D. Member to support the Foundation's charitable and educational endeavors.

Any of such membership dues is tax-deductable in USA.

Among the membership dues:

1)    1/3 will be used for scholarships being granted to 1/100 of all the Foundation's Ph.D. Members;
2)    another 1/3 will be used for charitable distributions per the Foundation's policy; and
3)    the last 1/3 will be used for the Foundation's general operations.

Great Benefit as a Ph.D. Member: 

Pre-qualified for an annual scholarship of US$10,000 - US$50,000 dependent upon the Foundation's final budget and the number of finalists in this pool each year.
U.S. IRS-approved 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charity
accepting public donations since 2002.
