Sponsorship
World Hongming Foundation (“The Foundation”) sponsors all kinds of scholarly events, societies, conferences and post-secondary educational programs, tree plantings, etc.
Per the Foundation's bylaws, any of the following organizations and events may feel free to apply to the Foundation for possible sponsors:
1) Any student society or association at any university in any country;
2) Any regional, national or international association in any academic field;
3) Any university school's short-term training program;
4) Any international conference with attendees' from 10+ countries;
5) Any university seminar throughout USA;
6) Any new project and/or new degree program at any university; and
7) Any tree planting in a public area, community, park or school in Billings, Montana.
To date, the Foundation has been, but not limited to, the sponsors of the following scholarly organizations, events and publications:
1) American Nanjing University Alumni Association;
2) American Xiamen University Alumni Association;
3) Ashland University;
4) International Association of Philosophers;
5) International Association of Religious Studies;
6) The 1st International Symposium on Ge Hong and Chinese Culture, Zhejiang University, China;
7) The 1st World Hongming Philosophy Congress, Chaminade University of Honolulu, USA;
8) World Hongming Academy Press; and
9) World Hongming Philosophical Quarterly.
10) Tree planting in Billings, MT 59101
The Foundation will, at its sole discretion, determine its sponsorship in accordance with its budget, each project's social and/or academic impacts, in addition to each project's actual needs.
